February 19, 2013 By Kara Leave a Comment

12months3This is the second post in the sequence for the 12 Months to Toxin Free.  If you haven’t done so already, read Food and Beyond: The Power of Habit Investments.

Choosing the 12 fruits to put on my list was a challenge.  I’ve been diversifying quite a bit over the last several years and I had to find a list of fruits to use.  For a list with links to descriptions CLICK HERE.

Fruit Options

Here is my list!  A few of these I’ve eaten before but haven’t incorporated into my diet regularly.  I want to experiment with them and see what we can do with them.  I will probably rearrange these as we go through this process and I find new recipes and to account for when the fruits are in season.
