My veggie list has grown considerably over the years but I am still just skimming the surface. I’m really excited to explore some new vegetables! I compiled a list of vegetables you can look over or you can browse the aisles of your local fresh produce market or preferably your local farmers market! Here is my list! Just like the fruit list, this isn’t necessarily in the order that I will be adding them. I will adjust for seasonal availability as needed.
