A healthy alternative to a Rice Krispy Treat!
I grew up eating Rice Krispy treats. Ever since I switched to a healthier, less processed menu I have been substituting some of my favorite unhealthy foods for new, healthier alternatives. These Crispy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars are a perfect example of that! I’m so in love with them that I’m going to start working on fun flavor combinations. One of my girls doesn’t like peanut butter (crazy, I know) so I am going to start by eliminating that on my next go around. Gluten free? Try this gluten free rice cereal option!
You can cut them into bar shapes and wrap individually for snacks!
