I LOVE poached eggs and the bonus? They are good for you! Learn more here. My Dad purchased this poached egg pan for me a few years ago and it is amazing. I place a little coconut oil in the individual cups before I place the eggs in so they come out perfectly clean. To use the pan you just put about and inch of water in it and bring the water to a boil while the eggs are in the cups. It takes less than 8 minutes to cook the eggs. The exact time depends on how you like them. Less time for runny yolks.
