Then I started learning more about what each individual essential oil does for my overall wellness. Before long I was experimenting!  Essential oil blend creation is a lot of fun. Learn about how to create your own blends and specifically, your own rollons in this video.  Then, check out some of the blends I’ve been enjoying.

Thanks for the Roll on recipes. I’ve been needing this. So do you not add a carrier oil to these recipes? Do you have any suggestions for coughs?

Hi! You’re welcome. I add a carrier oil to all my rollons. For coughs I like to try different things depending on the type of cough. RC is really a go-to in my house. I also like Raven and Ravintsara.

I did the Sleepy Time rollon & had to add vetiver to it to balance out the Cedarwood. The Cedarwood gave me really strange/weird dreams, though they were colorful, they were so intense my sleep got disturbed. Added the vetiver & boom, dreams calmed to normal types. I love these oils!

That happens to my husband when I diffuse Cedarwood in our bedroom. I don’t remember dreaming at all and sleep soundly. 🙂 Thanks for sharing!

How much of the carrier oil do you use for the rollons?
I have a virgin coconut massage oil purchased from tj maxx, is that the right kind of carrier oil?

    Thanks for any help.

I use a 5 ml rollon bottle like this for the rollons. http://amzn.to/1IE8O5B If you are going to use coconut oil you will want it to be fractioned like this: http://amzn.to/1I8Lj5D.
      Enjoy!

We are going to start using the focus roll on for my kids. Is there a certain area that it would work best to apply to the body. Thank you

Anytime I am using something to support emotions, I like to apply where I will smell it well. 🙂 Check out this emotions book too. It will help you figure out where to apply oils for emotional reasons: http://amzn.to/1OSSTDa
