Real Food Meal Plan for a family of 4-5
Sunday:
Breakfast: Squash Waffles with Cherry Cream Cheese Topping
Lunch: Apple Chicken Salad on your choice of bread/wraps and a side of veggies with Organic Veggie Dip
Dinner: Grilled Mint Lamb Chops and Asparagus and Yellow Squash
Monday:
Breakfast: Yam, Celery Root and Bacon Hash and a side of seasonal fruit
Lunch: Homemade Sloppy Joes with Grain-free Buns and a side of Scallion Dill Potato Salad
Dinner: Crockpot Chipotle Chicken and Coleslaw
Tuesday:
Breakfast: Easy Egg Vegetable Souffle’ and a side of seasonal fruit and bacon
Lunch: Leftover Sloppy Joes with Grain-free Buns and a side of Scallion Dill Potato Salad
Dinner: Use leftover chicken from Monday’s dinner to make Chicken and Black Bean Enchiladas Casserole
Wednesday:
Breakfast: Easy Egg Vegetable Souffle’ leftovers and seasonal fruit and bacon
Lunch: Minestrone Soup
Dinner: Cumin Spiced Pork Chops with Root Vegetables
Thursday:
Breakfast: Strawberry Gelatin Protein Smoothies
Lunch: Leftover Minestrone Soup
Dinner: Sun-dried Tomato, Balsamic Onion Pot Roast and Mashed Potatoes
Friday:
Breakfast: Flourless Pumpkin Banana Muffins a side of seasonal fruit
Lunch: Avocado BLT Egg Salad on wraps/bread of choice
Dinner: Leftover Pot Roast and Mashed Potatoes
Saturday:
Breakfast: Leftover Muffins and Scrambled Eggs with Avocado
Lunch: Grilled Salad
Dinner: Chicken Broccoli Rice Casserole
Snacks/Treats:
