* 2 cups cornmeal
* 1 tsp. baking soda
* 1/2 tsp. salt
* 1-1/4 cups buttermilk
* 1 cup sour cream
Preheat oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Pour batter into well-oiled nine-inch pie plate. Bake at 350°F for about 40 minutes.
